Target Integration is an independent provider of CRM & ERP software – a very crowded market. To help stand out, Media Mill showcased Target Integration’s expertise by producing a series of client testimonial videos. Each of Target Integration’s clients also received their own dedicated promotional video.
Although the format for each of the videos in this project was similar, each of Target Integration’s clients that featured in the series had their own story to tell which required their own specific approach. As such, each video was treated as its own unique project.
Target Integration needed bespoke client testimonial videos featuring three of their clients. Each video would be shot onsite at each of their client’s premises, with each client also receiving their own individual promotional video as part of the process. The required footage for each specific client (testimonial video and promotional video) had to be captured in a single session.
Before the project commenced, Media Mill sat down with Target Integration to understand their own service offering and the benefits they brought to their clients. With this information to hand, Media Mill then scoped out how this applied to each of the Target Integration clients that would feature in the project - specifically a promotional clothing company, an industrial boiler company, and a civil engineering company. It was agreed that Target Integration would conduct the interviews. Each of the featured participants were briefed ahead of their respective filming date on what questions they would be asked, and what to expect of the filming process itself.
For each session, Media Mill arrived on location ahead of Target Integration staff to scope out appropriate filming locations and setup. The interviews were filmed first in order to minimize disruption to the featured client’s workday. The clients also had the opportunity to describe their own business as well as provide their testimonial. This allowed for the creation of their own promotional video alongside the testimonial video. Once the interview was finished, all unnecessary equipment was packed away and Media Mill proceeded to capture additional B-Roll material of the client’s operations onsite.
Post-production on this project was done in two phases for each of the featured clients. The first video to be completed was the testimonial for Target Integration. Once the testimonial was signed off, the video would be reworked and rebranded according to the relevant featured client.
The completed testimonial videos were posted onto Target Integrations website and social channels as part of their marketing strategy. They also featured heavily in bespoke sales presentations when pitching to new clients, in turn becoming a sales conversion tool.
